By accessing our courses you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our improv and confidence training content, live sessions, and related materials. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

  • These terms form a binding agreement between you and us.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of these terms.
  • We may provide additional terms for certain offerings; those will prevail where conflicts arise.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use our services. If you are under the age of majority, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

License

We grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal learning. Redistribution is prohibited.

Scope

The license permits streaming, downloading, and personal study of course materials. It does not grant any commercial rights or rights to publicly perform, broadcast, or sublicense the content.

Restrictions

  • Do not share, resell, or make the content available to third parties.
  • Do not remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or access controls.
  • Do not use our marks, trade names, or branding without written permission.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the services and content remain with us and our licensors. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly granted.

Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply. Secure payment gateways are used. veltranoo.click

Billing

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases and subscriptions, including applicable recurring charges, until you cancel.

Taxes

Prices may be exclusive of taxes. Where required, VAT/GST or sales taxes will be added at checkout based on your location.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload harmful content, attempt to breach security, or harass community members.

Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk access.
  • Uploading malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
  • Posting illegal, infringing, or hateful content.

Security

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network. Do not circumvent authentication or access controls.

Community

Treat instructors and peers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and targeted abuse are not tolerated and may lead to account termination.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on first-time purchases if fewer than 20% of the course is completed.

Eligibility

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before completing 20% of the content. Bundles and gift purchases may have additional conditions.

  2. We may ask for additional details to verify account ownership and progress.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

Notice

When material changes occur, we will post an updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-product messaging before the changes take effect.
